- No, we do not accept orders from abroad or deliver outside of the UK at present.
- Individual product prices do not include delivery and a delivery charge will be automatically added to each order placed. This charge will be shown on the order form before you confirm your order. We primarily use United Parcel Service (UPS), City Link and the postal system (Royal Mail) in order to fulfil orders, but we reserve the right to use other methods and/or carriers without notice. The carrier is chosen by us depending on product weight and intended destination. Generally, lighter orders are sent by Royal Mail, otherwise UPS or City Link are used. A “lighter order” is defined as an order under approximately 1 kg.
- Deliveries sent to UK addresses will normally take between one and two days to arrive, although extremely remote locations may take longer.
- Our computers are built to order and therefore these will take a little longer to arrive. Each build takes around 5-10 business days to complete and each computer will be tested for at least 24 hours pior to being despatched. We usually despatch these products within three days of ordering although at busy times despatch may take a little longer.
- Yes. If you order any product(s) which are not in stock, then your order will be placed on hold until all the products you have ordered are available, and then your order will be shipped complete. If you would prefer to receive items which are in stock first, without the whole order being held up, then please place separate orders for products which are in stock and products which are out of stock.
- Please note that for technical reasons, your credit card will be charged within 1-2 days of placing the order on the website, not when the product is despatched. If you are unhappy with this arrangement, please wait until items are shown as being in stock before placing an order.
